Connect your Bring agreement

Here you create an API key in Mybring. Bring provides your agreement prices to us automatically – you do not need to upload a price sheet. It takes about 5 minutes.

What you need

✅ A Mybring login (mybring.com)

✅ Your Bring customer number

✅ 5 minutes

Part 1 – Get the key in Mybring

Click your name in the top right corner and select Account settings.

Go to API and click Create API key. Name it fragtr.

Copy the key. Also find your customer number under Customer numbers – it looks like DK_12345678.

No booking access? Ask Bring: “We would like access to the Booking API on our customer number.”

Part 2 – Add it in fragtr

Click + Connect carrier and select Bring.

Enter the email you use to log in to Mybring, and paste the API key and the customer number.

You can leave the Products field empty. We will then show Bring's most used parcel products.

Click Connect Bring. We check the details right away.

Done! 🎉 Run a price check. Bring prices are now labelled “Own agreement” – they come directly from Bring.

If it doesn't work

Error message	What to do
“Bring rejected the login or API key”	The email must be exactly the one you use to log in to Mybring. Copy the key again.
“The customer number does not exist …”	The message lists the customer numbers your login has access to. Choose one of them.
No Bring price in the price check	Bring does not offer the product to that address – or the product is not included in your agreement.
An error from Bring when booking	Read the message – it comes directly from Bring. Check that you have access to the Booking API.

Good to know

Prices: Prices are fetched directly from Bring every time – they are always up to date.
Label: The label is ready in fragtr immediately as a PDF.
Cancellation: If you cancel in fragtr, throw the label away. Bring only charges for parcels they have scanned.
Invoice: Bring invoices you directly, as usual.
