Connect your own carrier
Do you have your own agreement with a carrier – e.g. UPS, DHL, GLS, PostNord, Bring or DAO? Then you can connect it to fragtr. This means:
Your own prices
Price check shows your own agreed prices for that carrier.
Your own account
Shipments are booked directly with the carrier on your account.
The same easy fragtr
Labels, tracking and the address book work exactly as before.
How it works – in 3 steps
1Get your keys from the carrier. Choose your carrier below and follow the guide. It takes about 5 minutes.
2Log in to fragtr and go to Backend in the menu on the left.
3Click + Connect carrier, choose the carrier, paste the keys and click Connect. Done!
Are you an organisation with your own customers?
Connect your own agreement in exactly the same way. Then go to Accounts, open a customer and switch the carrier on under Carriers and markup – and enter the margin you want. The customer then pays your agreed price + your margin, and you invoice the customer as usual.
Your customers don't need to connect anything themselves. They simply see the price in price check.
Good to know
- The keys are tested with the carrier before they are saved – so you know right away whether they work.
- The keys are stored encrypted, and nobody can see them again – not even Clovr.
- Carriers you don't connect still use the normal prices in fragtr.
- You can always pause or disconnect the connection under Backend.
