Connect your Shipmondo account

If you use Shipmondo, you can connect the account to Clovr. You can then book with the carriers you have in Shipmondo – such as GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring, Budbee and Instabox – directly from Clovr. It takes about 5 minutes.

What you need

✅ A Shipmondo login (app.shipmondo.com)

✅ Your carrier agreements added in Shipmondo – or Shipmondo's own agreements

✅ 5 minutes

Part 1 – Get the key in Shipmondo

Go to Settings → Integrations → API.

Create a new API access and name it Clovr.

Copy the API user and API key. The key is only shown once.

Part 2 – Add it in Clovr

Click + Connect carrier and select Shipmondo.

Paste the API user and API key.

Choose Our own carrier agreements in Shipmondo if you have added your own agreements there. Choose Shipmondo's agreements if you use Shipmondo's prices.

You can leave the Products field empty. We will then show the products that fit the shipment (up to 6). If you only want to see specific ones, enter their product codes from Shipmondo.

Click Connect Shipmondo. We check the key right away.

Done! 🎉 Run a price check. Shipmondo prices are labelled “Own agreement”.

If it doesn't work

Error message	What to do
“Shipmondo rejected the API user or API key”	Copy both again from Shipmondo → Settings → Integrations → API.
No Shipmondo price in the price check	Check that the carrier is added as an agreement in Shipmondo and that it serves the route. Parcel shop products are not shown yet.

Good to know

Label: The label is ready in Clovr immediately as a PDF.
Tracking: Shipmondo does not provide status updates through its API. The tracking number is shown on the booking and sent to the webshop.
Cancellation: If you cancel in Clovr, the shipment is also cancelled in Shipmondo.
Invoice: Shipmondo and the carrier invoice you as usual. Clovr does not invoice the shipments.
Test environment: With “Test environment” enabled, we use Shipmondo's sandbox – nothing is actually shipped.
