Connect your DAO agreement
Here you ask DAO for 2 details and add them in fragtr. It takes about 5 minutes – plus the time it takes DAO to reply. DAO only delivers in Denmark.
What you need
✅ A business agreement with DAO
✅ A customer ID and password for DAO's parcel API
✅ Your price sheet from DAO
Part 1 – Get your details from DAO
1Write to DAO's customer service or your contact person and say: “We would like a customer ID and password for your parcel API (daoHOME and daoSHOP).”
2DAO sends you a customer ID and a password. Keep them somewhere safe.
3At the same time, ask for your price sheet if you don't have it – you need to upload it under Finance → Cost price.
Your prices
DAO has no place where we can fetch your agreement prices automatically. That's why you upload your DAO prices as a price sheet under Finance → Cost price – one product at a time, with the dates the prices apply.
The price sheet is a CSV or Excel file with 3 columns: land, til_kg and pris (per parcel, excluding VAT). Download the template.
Enter the fuel surcharge under Finance → Cost fuel. Until the price sheet is uploaded, your own DAO prices are not shown in the price check – but you can connect right away.
Part 2 – Add it in fragtr
1Log in to
fragtr.dk and go to
Backend → Carriers in the menu on the left.
2Click + Connect carrier and select DAO.
3Enter the customer ID and password from DAO.
4Click Connect DAO. We check the details right away.
Done! 🎉 DAO is connected. Once your price sheet is under Finance → Cost price, your own DAO prices appear in the price check labelled “Own agreement”.
If it doesn't work
| Error message | What to do |

| “DAO rejected the customer ID or password” | Copy them again from DAO's email. Watch out for spaces. |
| No DAO prices in the price check | Your price sheet is not under Finance → Cost price yet – or it does not apply to the pickup date. DAO only delivers in Denmark. |
| “DAO found no parcel shop …” | Choose daoHOME instead – the parcel is then delivered to the door. |
Good to know
- Label: fragtr creates the label with DAO's barcode and sorting code – print it on a standard label printer (100 × 150 mm).
- Label: The label is ready in fragtr immediately as a PDF.
- Cancellation: If you cancel in fragtr, throw the label away. DAO only charges for parcels they have scanned.
- Invoice: DAO invoices you directly, as usual.
