Connect your PostNord agreement

Here you get an API key from PostNord and add it to fragtr. It takes about 5 minutes – plus the time PostNord takes to approve the key.

What you need

✅ A PostNord business agreement with a customer number (in Denmark usually 9 digits)
✅ An API key from the PostNord developer portal
✅ Your price sheet from PostNord
Where do I find the customer number? It's on your PostNord invoice and in PostNord Portal.

Part 1 – Get the API key from PostNord

1
Go to developer.postnord.com and create a free user. Confirm your email.
2
Go to My API keys and click Create key. Name it fragtr.
3
Request access to Booking/EDI (Shipment) and Track & Trace. Enter your customer number if asked.
4
Once the key is approved, copy it. It looks like a long string of numbers and letters.
The API key is secret. Never forward it by email – only enter it in fragtr.

Your prices

PostNord has no way for us to fetch your agreed prices automatically. So you add your PostNord prices as a price sheet under Finance → Cost price – one product at a time, with the dates the prices apply.

The price sheet is a CSV or Excel file with 3 columns: land (country), til_kg (up to kg) and pris (price per parcel, excl. VAT). Download the template.

Enter the fuel surcharge under Finance → Cost fuel. Until the price sheet is uploaded, your own PostNord prices won't show in price check – but you can connect right away.

Part 2 – Add it to fragtr

1
Log in to fragtr.dk and go to Backend in the menu on the left.
2
Click + Connect carrier and choose PostNord.
3
Enter the API key and your customer number.
4
Click Connect PostNord. We check the details right away.
Done! 🎉 PostNord is connected. Once your price sheet is under Finance → Cost price, your own PostNord prices show in price check marked "Own agreement".

If it doesn't work
